Monarchy reveals historic facts with ease thanks to Melissa Price’s wonderful colour-code system, which efficiently sorts information about family name, nationality, religion, marriage and succession – the stuff we should have remembered from school. The sophisticated simplicity of the typographic concept makes the factual information engaging and most importantly, memorable. This is a great way to visualise history and it’s endless facts. If only our school books had looked like this, maybe we’d remember our history facts a little easier.
